| Came across your site while researching a novel
I am writing. The working title is "Arrowmaker's Ridge" -- a fictional location in central Texas -- and the main character is, among other things, an avid artifact hound. I am trying to learn as much as I can about the historical/legal/moral issues regarding digging. Your site has been useful, especially the editorial and research pages (thanks!). I am wondering if you could recommend any other resources, in particular some books or journals, that might give me more of the kind of background information that would make my novel as realistic and true as I can make it.
