Ron and Marsha Fowler's Collection
A re-sharpened white quartzite point from the lowest altitude site.   
My guess is that “clean” unpatinated quartzite points like this were originally 
bedded in wet clean sand that was not subject to repeated wet/dry cycles. 
I personally like the character imparted by patination, but points like this 
are much closer to their original appearance.
