From Dirt Bro Leslie in Oregon:
This one was found on the ocean in Waldport, Oregon in the early 90’s, it was taken to the Hatfield Science Museum in Newport, Oregon and was told that it belonged to a tribe of Indians which were passing through that area and left it behind. It was estimated to be a couple of thousand years old.  Any information would be helpful. I have other photo’s also. Dimensions are 2 inches long x ¾ inches at the widest part.  If my research is correct I believe it to be Coastal Chert?

What nice river patination on these points! Got any info... send Leslie an email!
