Dan's "Special Tool"

From Dirt Bro Dan in South Carolina:

The one called special tool - thru years of experience have never found what this tool could be used for. It is not a pipe reamer. I think it was used as some sort of blood letting - would like your opinion on that one in particular. It was found in a beaver
camp at Lake Murray - here in SC along with some of the other pieces in some of the photos attached.
