Note the ochre traces in this bowl...
From Dirt Bro Sittinwolf in Missouri:
I've always picked up the stone objects and tools. Here lately I have kind of hit the jack pot ----got them figured out a little and have been hitting up all the old hickory nut bottoms and black walnut trees.  Almost always have to be on a hill over looking a creek are standing out by there self i dont know if you have them over there like we do like in isolated groves chances are indians may have planted those very trees predecessors . Any way got me a stainless still rod about 3 ft go after hard rain and find the biggest root to the  tree start probing on eather side of  it if thats no good make a circle about 6ft around and narrow i t down they will be deep damn good thing we cant dig here

I'm afraid it would be the death of me if I could dig---have found about 25 good  blades and knives and one big kick ass blade.

Thanks for all your contributions!!!!
Bob
