Hi Bob     I found this  in a consignment shop in Maui in May......don't have a clue other than it looks Plains indian.....The stone is real hard and there  is wear all over it including the stone.....I need serious talent to look at it.......it may be real old or not...
 

Any "serious talent" out there who can help Mark out???

I personally think most of these kinds of artifacts are bogus, or made as souveniers in the late 19th century.
