Hello,
I'm wondering if you might be able to help me identify this Indian Stone
Carving of a figural head that I found in the mud under my house when I
was jacking up my house to do a new foundation recently.

It has a hole in the top of the head and a deep groove along the right
vertical border of the face and 3 smaller holes on the left side of the face.

I live in the Pacific Northwest on the Coast of Oregon.

If you cannot help me, could you kindly pass the word so that maybe
someone out there could?
